- Tur dal-1 cup
- Chopped spinach-1 bunch
- Chopped onion-1 teaspoon
- Turmeric-1/8Th teaspoon
- Salt-to taste
- Tamarin flakes-1 1/2 teaspoon
Pressure cook the ingredients and cook until done.
SEASONING:

- Cumin seeds-1 teaspoon
- Mustard seeds-1 teaspoon
- Wheat flour-3 teaspoons
- Ghee-1 table spoon
- Curry leaves-8
- Challa mirchi-6
Take a pan add ghee,when it heats add the remaining items,put off flame once done
Add this mixture to the dal and serve hot .
Goes well with jowari roti and rice.
