PAPAD KABABS

Papad -4
Boiled alu-1
Turmeric-1/8 Th spoon
Dhaniya powder-1/2 teaspoon
Chat masala-1/4 Th spoon
Pepper powder-1/4 Th teaspoon
Chopped green chilies-1 spoon
Ginger pieces-1 spoon
Cilantro chopped-2 teaspoons
Nalluppu/rocksalt-1/2 teaspoon
Cornflour-1 1/2 tablespoons
Salt-to taste
Oil-For deep frying

METHOD:
1.Fry papad in oil and crush into tiny pieces,keep a side
2.Combine the remaining ingredients in a bowl,Make into desired shape,roll in the papad pieces and deep fry in oil.
